Substrates were 1 in. wide by 4 in. long by .060 in. thick/ over-lapped 1/2 in. The 1/2 in. bond area was abraded with #280 sandpaper and wiped with Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK). Activator was brush applied to one side of the bond area and the Scotch-Weld instant adhesive CA applied to the other and the bond made. Scotch-Weld instant adhesive CA5
