Clean surfaces to remove dust, dirt, grease, oil, etc. This can be done with 3M™ General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner, PN's 8984, 8986, and 8987.

    2. Application

Apply a thin coat of adhesive to each surface and allow to dry until it becomes quite tacky. Press surfaces together to insure intimate contact.

To bond thin weight fabric, apply adhesive only to metal or painted surface. Allow adhesive to dry, then press fabric onto adhesive.

Excess adhesive may be removed with 3M™ General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner
