Application
Apply sufficient adhesive to each surface and allow to dry. Wipe one surface with MEK and bond with uniform pressure. Alternate method is to apply to one surface and dry at least 20 minutes. Apply to other surface and while still tacky (within 10 minutes) mate two surfaces with firm uniform pressure.
