Best Practices for Bostik BOSC80-GA-73
-
Mixing
Boscodur 80 is added directly to the aqueous adhesive dispersion while mixing under low to moderate speed mechanical agitation just prior to use. Mix for approximately 10 minutes. Avoid high speed, high shear mixing which might introduce air into the adhesive. Typical pot life is about 6 hours
this varies with the type of adhesive. Do not seal containers tightly after mixing, as small amounts of carbon dioxide may be liberated. Typical levels of use are 3-5% by weight5, based upon the weight of the aqueous dispersion.
