    Shelf Life Details When stored at or below 90°F (32°C), Dow Corning 832 Multi-Surface Adhesive Sealant has a useable life of 18 months from date of manufacture by Dow Corning. For best results, use completely within 6 months of opening., Since this material cures by reaction with moisture in the air, keep the container sealed when not in use. A plug of cured material may form in the tip of the tube during storage, but is easily removed and does not affect the remaining contents.

    1. Surface Preparation

      Apply to clean, dry, frost-free surfaces.

    2. Application

      Dow Corning 832 Multi-Surface Adhesive Sealant is used for bonding, sealing and assembly where superior unprimed adhesion or noncorrosive sealant is required. Typical applications include sealing and repairing roof penetrations, gutters, concrete floor seams, marine equipment and windows, pipes, threaded connections, and assembling original equipment components. Dow Corning ® 832 Multi-Surface Adhesive Sealant is a one-component, ready-to-use, noncorrosive silicone material that seals, bonds and protects. Engineered for use as an all-purpose assembly and maintenance sealant, Dow Corning 832 Multi- Surface Adhesive Sealant bonds to many surfaces and offers superior adhesion to glass, metal, masonry, concrete, rubbers and plastics.

    3. Curing

      Dow Corning 832 Multi-Surface Adhesive Sealant will dry to the touch in 20 minutes.
