    An ultraviolet light cure adhesive. This adhesive will bond most plastics commonly used in the medical device industry, such as polycarbonate, PVC, polysulfone, SAN, ABS, SBR, polystyrene and acrylics.

    1. Surface Preparation

      The surfaces should be clean and dry.

    2. Curing

      Actual cure times will depend on the power of the UV lamp, its spectral output and the distance between the lamp and the components. These can be adjusted to meet process requirements. Handling times of a fraction of a second are possible with this adhesive.
