Usable shelf life may vary depending on application and storage temperature.;Bondmaster ESP 312 should be kept away from excessive heat, sparks, flame, and direct sunlight. If stored in a refrigerator. the epoxy should always be allowed to reach ambient temperature before it is used.

    1. Surface Preparation

      Bondmaster ESP 312 bonds well to even poorly prepared metal surfaces. For optimum bond strength and durability, the substrate surfaces to be bonded should be clean and dry. Chemical treatment of metallic surfaces gives optimum durability, but a simple abrade and degrease process may often be adequate.

    2. Clean-Up

      Unreacted epoxy can be cleaned using acetone, isopropanol, MEK or Glycol Ethers.
