    Shelf Life Details Shelf Life Details, BONDMASTER FLEXON HT20 should be stored in a dry and cool place, 5oC to 25oC (41oF to 77oF). When stored properly, the adhesive has a shelf life of one year.

  • Best Practices for Henkel HT20

    1. Surface Preparation

      The bonding surfaces should be clean and grease free before applying the adhesive.

    2. Application

      Dispense from the cartridge as a bead, preferably to give a bond line of at least 2-3mm (80-120 mils thickness.

    3. Curing

      Assemble the parts within 10 minutes of application and clamp them (if necessary) until handling strength is achieved.

    4. Clean-Up

      Uncured FLEXON HT20 can be cleaned using acetone, isopropanol or methyl ethyl ketone (MEK).
