    1. Surface Preparation

      The surfaces should be clean and dry.

    2. Clean-Up

      Optimum cure is obtained when LITE-LOK 4001 is exposed to UV light in the spectral range from 220-280 nanometers. The time needed for curing is a combination of many factors. Some of these are: The thicker the substrate, the longer the exposure time needed for curing. The more UV light absorbing that the substrate is, the longer the exposure time needed for curing. The lower that the intensity of the UV light source is, the longer the exposure time needed for curing. The farther the distance of the product from the UV light source, the longer the exposure time needed for curing.

      LITE-LOK 4001 will typically cure when exposed for 5 to 10 seconds to a high intensity UV light source.
