  • Best Practices for Elantas (Altana) MR-5012

    *See Terms of Use Below

    1. Surface Preparation

For best surface finish of the cast part, lightly buff the inside of the mold with a clean, lint-free cloth after drying the release agent. It is recommended that the release be re-applied after each demold cycle to prevent sticking.

    2. Application

Apply CONAP® MR-5012 to clean molds by dip, brush, spray, or slosh. Drain excess release from the mold and air dry 10-15 minutes, or bake 5 minutes at 140ºF.
