    1. Surface Preparation

      To obtain satisfactory adhesion of the polyurethane elastomer, it must be applied only to dry surfaces that are free of dirt, grease, oil, and mold release agents and properly primed with AD-1161 as recommended herein: The PVC surfaces should be made tacky with MEK.

    2. Application

      Apply a thin, uniform coat of AD-1161 to the tackified surface.

      Air dry AD-1161 primer for 30 minutes at room temperature.

      Apply the polyurethane elastomer and cure as recommended.
